Description Stu 2004-03-06 18:50:40 UTC
When browsing a windows network by clicking on "network" from "computer"
and browsing the file shares if you then try and close all parent folders
none of parents are closed unlike when browsing the local file system.

The expected result would be to close all the parent windows at least all
the smb ones. If this isn't possible then the option should be greyed all.

This is the case with the Computer icon as well, in Nautilus 2.6
Comment 2 Alexander Larsson 2004-08-26 14:14:06 UTC
This is because network isn't *really* a child of network:// the stuff in
computer:// are just links to various places.

Its sort of non-obvious though.

This basically works as one would expect now (I think) in 2.8. If some is still
having problems with it on 2.8, please reopen this bug. Thanks.
