Applets' docs are unchanged since 2.2 :-(

Now a big patch to update all docs and related images :-)

Does anyone know what's the policy concerning translations of
documentation? I'm not sure the maintainers have to give a "ok to
commit" for this...

BTW there is a recent UI string change in clocl applet. Could you
please wait the patch to fix it before apply?

Have these patches been committed?  I don't see anything in the gnome-panel
changelog (as of ver. 1.657)
