when watch e.g.
gstreamer-cvs/gstreamer/docs/gst/html/gstreamer.html
then a few modules have no short info.
this applies to
GstError, GstInterface, GstStructure, GstTag, GstTagInterface

GstTypeFindElement - typefinding subsystem
GstUtils - various utility functions
GstXML - XML save/restore operations of pipelines

I currently investigate what to do with this entry at all. It now has a short
desc, but probably the whole entry will go away.
