The Slow Keys dialog's Cancel button does not seem to be connected to
anything, and while the dialog is on, the keyboard just produces beeps,
which of course just kills keyboard navigation in that dialog, and
essentially everything else. If you happen to be mouseless, you're screwed ;)

Man, how hard can it be to find a typo!

Here follows a patch to fix this...

Marking this as Critical and Urgent, since this can really disconcert
people that like to keep their shift key pressed a lot ;)
