It looks like the gstreamer-gconf pc file isn't installed.

Sorry I didn't see this before the 0.7.4 release :/

It works here.  It's installed by gst-plugins/pkgconfig/Makefile.am.

Sorry about that, somehow it didn't generate a new file with the new
version. (could be solved by adding a dependency on config.h or so)
