Erm. Stupid mozilla. Let's add a comment to explain that.

Was building from jhbuild on an up-to-date Fedora Core
box. This box was not originally intended as a build box 
and has quite a few missing build tools which I am adding
as I go.

Reached vte in the build and it refused to build because
jade didn't recognise the doctype. I was not even sure
that DocBook 3.0//Davenport..(etc) in vte-docs.sgml was
valid. It certainly wouldn't build. (I think I am lacking 
a few catalog files.)

But DocBook 3.0 is geriatric. Updating to 4.x and XML
would be a cool thing. Some time, at least :)
