Using CVS (2004-01-26).  When printing an image, the comment font option
menu is supposed to be disabled if "Include comment" checkbox is unchecked.
 However when first entering the print dialog, if the "Include comment" box
is unchecked, comment font option menu is not disabled.

Checking and unchecking the "Include comment" checkbox disables the comment
font option menu.
