broken/mono-debugger/Makefile will download version 0.4 of the
mono-debugger, however version 0.5 is available - see
http://primates.ximian.com/~martin/blog/archives/000231.html

I'm not sure if this version bump is enough to take mono-debugger out of
broken - I'll update this bug when I've built enough of garnome to confirm
the build status of this.
