Try hovering the mouse over any link that is partially hidden over the 
right edge of the screen (with browser maximised).  The tooltip is not 
fully visible as in Mozilla. This is the problem with epiphany.

This is a gtkmozembed bug and should be reported on mozilla bugzilla.
I think there is already a report opened about it though.
