Description fommil 2003-12-07 17:02:19 UTC
hi there,

at the moment, if i want to listen to any streaming MP3 audio from
live365.com, [e.g. http://www.live365.com/stations/304612?play] i have to
use XMMS. its very difficult to find out the exact location of the play.pls
file for live365 stations, but xmms seems to be able to handle the file
being passed to it from mozilla, whereas rhythmbox crashes.

optimally, i'd like to have an entry for the above station in my "Stations"
menu.

I tried adding and playing a random Live356 radio station to Rhythmbox (by
saving the .pls file and opening it with Rhythmbox), it worked fine.

The only problem was that Live365 does not provide a pretty title, the title
becomes something like:
http://www.live365.com/play/284893?LID=f-swe&lid=f-swe&SaneID=IP-1122590828657&AuthType=NORMAL&VisitCount=4&now=1122590897322&pid=1120
But it seems to be the same in totem.

Guess quite a lot has happened since 0.6.1 :)

As this appears to work now, I'm closing the bug.
