Well, the duplicate button is present (and disabled) but this feature
is not implemented yet. 

Sheets can be directly duplicated. I think this may have to wait until
after branching to 1.3 since this may be enough cause to make some
significant changes to the code handling `managing sheets'.

I am planning to rewrite the whole manage sheet dialog to change it to an "immediate apply" dialog sometime in the next two months. This will indeed simlify the stuff behind it and will make adding the duplication trivial.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
