We would like to allow people to prepare their own message templates. The
templates will be stored in a Templates folder and may contain patterns
which will be substituted when the template is used.
This bug is part of the Integrated Collaborative Desktop Bounty Hunt.  For

Oh man that was awhile back now. I remember having alook at what would be needed, but I cant remember how much I got done.

As far as I know the bounty is still out though...

This bounty was available in 2003 and is not available anymore. 
Closing as OBSOLETE.
Plus this functionality is already available in Evolution 3.2.
