In directory MSVC_Net2003 a Makefile.am has to be created and integrated
into the build system. The MS .NET project files have to be added to
EXTRA_DIST.

Yes, thanks. Strange - I didn't find this bug report when I searched
for it lately. Probably a wrong parameter in the query mask...
