In the .xls file that I will attach, the grid appears grey in gnumeric,
whereas there is no grid color in XL2k.
I was not able to reproduce this bug. It only appears with this file.

It's simpler than that.  We automaticly added a grid with a default
format even when there weren't any in the xls.  Patch will go in
tonight, and will be included in 1.2.2
