Description Mark Finlay 2003-11-15 10:27:10 UTC
It would be very useful in the general effort to improve fast user
switching in Gnome, if, when you open a gdmflexiserver, it would be aware
of ther users already logged in and on what virtual terminals they are
logged in on, and would offer the facuility to switch to these already
running sessions without using the F* buttons.

Comment 1 Mark Finlay 2003-12-01 10:37:28 UTC
Apparently this is already possible so I'm changing the title of this
bug from "Gdmflexiserver should be aware of users already logged in"
to "Gdmflexiserver should display awareness of users already logged
in" because, while gdm does know which users are logged in, if doesn't
display to the user that they are.

Yes, it would be very usefull to see users already logged in. I vote
for this bug.
