The Dr Who animated episode
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/cult/doctorwho/shalka/one/index.shtml) does not work
reliably with Gstreamer. Pausing and Playing the stream occasionally makes
it work again. You also seem unable to seek to a position in the video stream.

These are known problems with swfdec, not GStreamer.
