This problem may have been fixed with the recent scaling changes you made, but:

There is a problem plotting a graph when all values in the series are the
same.  e.g. create a range with the same number in each cell, then try
plotting it.  Nothing shows up on the graph.  It should show a graph with
the shared value at the top, and 0 at the bottom of the y-axis, and each
bar or point at the top of the axes.
