gimp_dialog_new () implementation

There should be a standard libgimp way to create a dialog, with standard button order and so on. Unfortunately, I don't understand the problem here too much, it ould be nice for someone with a clearer idea about this to comment. Dave.
A clarification. gimp_dialog_new ()à exists, but isn't 64 bit clean, and could do with a clean-up. The idea would be to make its interface more like that of GtkDialog. Dave.
