Pan crashes when trying to view messages with the following layout:
multipart/related
   text
   html
   image
   image

The html part references the embeded images.  It looks like html email with
embeded images.  Unfortunately I haven't found the message that I saved.

We really need a testcase and a backtrace to investigate this. Let us
know if you have any further evidence.

As I mentioned in the other bug report this was caused when a file
from a faulty patch I was working on accidently got into my main copy
of pan.  This bug does not exist.  Sorry.
