On the "About this document" page in the latest docs release the History
section only lists up to release 1.8.1...

It is also missing in

Chris,
   Has the Tutorial and Concepts Guide been updated since 1.8.1?  I know at least that I added a Budgets chapter recently.  Are these history entries the responsibility of the person making modifications or the person releasing the docs? 

I'll target this to 2.0.0, and we'll hopefully remember to make a history entry for that release.

The current section in guide/C/ch_oview.xml doesn't have a history section at all anymore. Should we add one?

Seems to me if there is no history section any longer then we also don't need to update it.
