Seems fixed to me, as gst-launch-ext-0.7 from CVS HEAD plays this file
for approximately 4.6 s and then exits without issues.

It still loops infinitely with --gst-scheduler=basicomega

Confirmed that this bug is fixed in 0.8.0.
