Description Artur Flinta 2003-08-19 09:37:19 UTC
In gnopernicus, in file
gnopi/gnopi_files/Braille_Settings/braille_mapping.glade2.h there is a tab
"Position Switches" but I think it should be called "Position Sensors".
Then the name will be more accurate to the content.

Please note that fixing this right now would break string freeze, and
would require asking for permission to fix
(http://developer.gnome.org/dotplan/tasks.html#ApprovingFreezeBreaks).

Alternatively, you could wait until you create a stable "gnome-2-4"
string-frozen branch, and then fix it on unstable HEAD without
worrying about the freeze.
Comment 2 ps 2003-08-25 08:55:17 UTC
I think that both expression is correct. To change the name need to
injury the string freez, what it not wanted.
Comment 3 Christian Rose 2003-08-25 12:20:22 UTC
Even if the two terms should be synonymous, sticking to one is
preferrable and also recommended since we need consistent terminology
in the interface. You've used "... Sensors" in other places.
