I like it and I did ask for it even if repitition is not the best
idea.   Blame me if you dont like it.

WARNING. The patch does a little more than that bug. I'll try to
provide a newer one with the corrections.

Too late, it's applied.  I don't think there's anything wrong in
having repetititition, I find it nice in Gimp that the Layers dialog
can be opened from different places.  Thanks for the patch.
