gstreamer-0.6.2 itselef and gst-plugins-0.6.2 both contains
gstreamer.schemas file.

But these files are different:
`/schemas/system/gstreamer/default/visualisation' key present in the
gstreamer.schemas from gst-plugins, but doesn't exists in gstreamer.schemas
from gstreamer.  Therefore presence of this key depends on what package
will be installed first and raise inconsistent behavior and "misterious"
(unreproduciable by half of users) errors.

Proposal: eighter (a) include gstreamer.schemas into one package (e.g. into
gstreamer because gst-plugins requires gstreamer anyway), or (b) ensure
before releasing gstreamer and gst-plugins that both have identocal
gstreamer.schemas.

My (reporter) error,
gstreamer.schemas doesn't exists indeed in the gstreamer package itself.

Issue closed.
