Description:
Description of Problem: if one creates a panel drawer on a screen 0 menu
bar, then clicks on the drawer the pop-out panel appears on the other
screen as opposed to under the button


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  Setup a dual headed RedHat 9 + XD2 system
2.  Add a drawer to the default menu bar that is built on screen 0
3.  Click

Actual Results:
drawer panel appears on screen 1

Expected Results:

drawer panel to appear on screen 0
How often does this happen?
everytime

I have the same problem here with 2.8.1 running under Solaris 9 on a sparc system.
