For programs that have multiple handlers, the default program should appear
in bold in the right-click menu.

not sure if that's needed. At the moment the default entry is on the top with
the menu with an icon which makes a visual distinction from the other entries

Well, it was needed when the bug was filed. Closing as obsolete as per
Sebastien's comment.
