gst-plugins/gst/videotestsrc/videotestsrc.[ch] are missing, David forgot to
"cvs add" them. David, could you add them? The build is currently broken.

Remind me sometime to rant about CVS.

I had to manually add a BRANCH-GSTREAMER-0_6 branch tag using:

  cvs tag -b BRANCH-GSTREAMER-0_6 videotestsrc.[ch]

I *think* this is correct -- the files should not exist in
BRANCH-GSTREAMER-0_6-ROOT, but should exist in BRANCH-GSTREAMER-0_6.
