GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 111941
Zoom, both Ctrl = and Ctrl + should work
Last modified: 2016-03-21 14:23:26 UTC
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/dia-list/2003-February/msg00165.html not sure how to have multiple keybinding for the same action but it would be worth doing.
Just do it ;) sorry, this wont happen anytime soon, setting to enhancement to get it out of my way while fixing 'real' bugs, oh : patches accepted ;)
actually Ctrl-+ and Ctrl-- works fine, but the key shortcuts are NOT displayed in the menu. Looks like this is because the item is marked as being <StockItem>
I have verified in the Win32 version that the keyboard shortcuts are visible in the View menu of version 0.97. As per the comment from Hubert, the shortcuts work fine.
Not displaying the shortcuts in popup menus is a "feature" gtk+ has due to http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/stable/menus-types.html.en#menu-type-popup GIMP has code to work aound this "feature", but I'm still uncertain if Dia should do the same. For the Integrated UI case this is a no matter. But the orginal subject of having two shortcuts to zoom-in does not work for me, at least not on XP with a german keyboard. And I seriously doubt it should.
similar issue in devhelp software, see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=743704 , and I think the Dia can refer to devhelp to check how to implement this feature. I suggest can you consider to re-open this case, thanks. nishengyue
