My bad, I ran ./autogen.sh, not ./configure.

This is still a bug, but not for 0.6.x.

this is not really a bug (hard to say) - basically, when the nano > 1,
ffmpeg doesn't get updated from cvs, because these versions get
distributed as tarballs which should not checkout cvs code from configure.
