galeon: No 'print background' option -- prints background colour -- mozilla
has option

As galeon prints the background colour, the usual 'offwhite on offblack'
colour scheme for minimising eye strain goes through massive amounts of
black ink on printer and makes the printout almost entirely unreadable.

gtk-print backend doesn't include backgrounds.
