1. Create a new File Type entry in the File Types and Programs control panel

2. Select it in the list

3. Click the Delete button. It is deleted immediately with no warning. A
warning dialog should appear, asking the user to confirm the deletion.

Patch commited to HEAD. Release team's approval was taken before
commiting the patch since it involved an string addition.
