Showing the about window leaks memory, because it creates a new about
window each time, without deleting the old one.

In addition, if I choose _About or _Preferences, when either of the
dialogs are already open, a new one is opened. It should just raise
the old one instead.

Fixed the leaking about window. Still need to fix the double
preferences dialog.
