GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 106709
[0.6.1 candidate] osssrc reads before setting audio parameters
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
If nothing else in the pipeline tells osssrc what audio format to use, it reads one buffer before setting the format. This causes the first buffer to be in the wrong format, and also causes DMA timeouts on some OSS drivers. (The latter is probably an OSS bug).
Created attachment 14606 [details] [review] Patch that fixes the problem
Marking as candidate for 0.6.1... Should go into HEAD too.
(fixed in HEAD - waiting for approval in 0.6.1)
Applied to 0.6.1 CVS.
