GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 106685
Nautilus throbber themeable through gtkrc
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
I am making a GNOME 2.2 metatheme and one of the things I miss is the old support for themeing the throbber that was lost in the conversion to using gtk stock themes. Having the Nautilus/Galeon/Ephiphany throbber configurable through the gtkrc would be a nice feature for theme makers.
or via the icon theming spec, could add a gnome-throbber extension dir.
Well since all other parts of the menu and toolbars are gtkrc I think it would be more consistent to have it in the gtkrc file.
I'd vote for a 'throbber icon' in GTK+ stock icons (seeing as how you can load animations as icons... you can do that can't you?) ;-)
fixed, this is themed via gnome-icon-themes now (and gtk will be adopting these in gtk2.4 anyway so its consistent).
