When libgtop is configured, the config.h file will contain a line with

#define MOUNTED_GETMNTENT1 1

and that screws up the build of libgtop.  If config.h is edited and the
above define is removed, and instead

#define MOUNTED_GETMNTENT2 1

is defined, it builds ... a little more...

Have you tried the patch referenced here earlier? The one for solaris
support?
