Description Andrew Ziem 2003-02-04 01:56:48 UTC
I am importing from QIF (generated by MoneyDance). A withdrawal in my
checking account has been imported as a deposit in GnuCash.

I am using GnuCash 1.6.7.

Here is the segment from the QIF. I will e-mail the whole QIF if
necessary.

This is still a bug in 1.8, so converting the version. Thanks for the
report; it is reproducible. How... odd.
Comment 2 Derek Atkins 2003-02-04 03:33:10 UTC
Just for the record, the problem appears to be the handling of Split
transactions in the QIF. For some reason it is reversing the sense of
the numbers when you have splits. I'm still tracking it down, but I
wanted to put more notes into this bug report for later.
Comment 3 Derek Atkins 2003-02-04 15:42:47 UTC
Fixed in CVS. I will pull up to 1.8 after more testing.
Thank you for your report.
