We have too many prefs dialogs again! ;-)

I think "File types and programs" and "preferred applications" 
seem like definite merger candidates to me, perhaps also with "File
management" somehow.

In any case we want to redesign the MIME capplet anyway.

Probably a good 2.4 target, to make progress here. Maybe in conjunction
with a decent MIME spec.
