"High-ascii" decoded wrongly on load

Package: gnumeric Version: 1.0.11-1 Severity: important Tags: sid 1. enter any accented character in a cell (displayed correctly) 2. save sheet 3. close sheet 4. load sheet -> *plonk* unicode garbage instead of the accented char Repeating the steps (2->5, 3->6, 4->7, 2->8, etc.) increments amount of garbage in the cell.
