GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 101265
"Open in Mozilla new window" should probably be "Open in new Mozilla window" in gcm
Last modified: 2018-07-12 00:04:50 UTC
#: plugins/toolsplugin.c:111 msgid "Open in Mozilla new window" #: plugins/toolsplugin.c:119 msgid "Open in Mozilla new tab" #: plugins/toolsplugin.c:136 msgid "Open in Netscape new window" #: plugins/toolsplugin.c:144 msgid "Open in Netscape new tab" #: plugins/toolsplugin.c:161 msgid "Open in Galeon new window" #: plugins/toolsplugin.c:169 msgid "Open in Galeon new tab" #: plugins/toolsplugin.c:186 msgid "Open in Opera new window" The word order is very strange here. Would probably be much better if these messages were changed to "Open in new Mozilla window", "Open in new Mozilla tab", and so on.
gcm is not under active development anymore. Its codebase has been archived: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/gcm/commits/master Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is deprecated) if anyone takes the responsibility for active development again.
