Since the gtkmm tarball now includes the documentation, it no longer needs
to be generated from within the spec file. Also, the
/usr/share/doc/gtkmm-2.0 directory should be listed as
%{_datadir}/doc/gtkmm-2.0 (since that is what the Makefile uses during make
install) and tagged as documentation. If any users don't wish to have the
documentation installed, they can use the standard rpm "--excludedocs" option.

A patch is attached.
