When gconf-editor is logged in as a normal user there is really no
need to show the schemas as this is just confusing to the user.

The schemas are not editable and I can see no reason the user 
would want to browse them.

The schemas are part of the GConf tree and besides, if you use
gconf-editor you're probably not the "regular user".
