I am running version 1.4.8.

If an appointment begins at (say) 10:30, Day View shows it beginning at 10:00.

Consequently if I have two appointments, one from 10:00-10:30 and the
second from 10:30-11:30, the first is invisible in Day View (I assume it is
overlaid by the second).

gnome-pim development has been stalled and it has been unmaintained for a few years now. Maintainers don't have future development plan so i am closing the bugs as WONTFIX. Please feel free to reopen the bugs in future if anyone takes the responsibility for active development.
