Description Søren Boll Overgaard 2002-09-01 08:32:11 UTC
A debian user requested that pan support SOCKS proxies.
This is, of course, a wishlist item. (As far as I can tell, Pan does not
support SOCKS proxies as of version 0.13.0).
Further details about the Debian bug report can be obtained at

GNet has support for SOCKS (though marked as experimental).
Comment 2 Charles Kerr 2006-05-04 16:56:16 UTC
I agree that this would be kind of nice to have, but given that
nobody else has requested the feature in four years, I wonder
how many users actually need or want this feature.

I'm going to mark this closed, but would consider reopening it
(and actually working on it) if more users showed interest.
