I think it's better to Add support for GLADE_USER_HOME (or something) environment variable to let user set his own path for glade.conf file...

Currently Glade creates this file in "C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local" (in Windows), not even in HOME or USER_HOME or C:\Users\<USERNAME>\
