The gir data for gdk-pixbuf describes types and functions from gdk-pixbuf/gdk-pixdata.h 
header but doesn't include appropriate header either directly or indirectly. 

Please change it so that information about C headers in gir is complete, by
either: passing --c-include=gdk-pixbuf/gdk-pixdata.h to g-ir-scanner, or
including gdk-pixdata.h along with the main header. Whichever you feel is more
appropriate. Otherwise consumers of gir data that use it to generate C code
have to write manual workarounds.
