Add word completion with GtkSourceCompletionWords.

I think that's a fairly low hanging-fruit. But it needs a bit of work to add some GSettings and expose them in the preferences dialog.

Also, I don't know if it'll play well with the LaTeX completion. Inside a LaTeX command, the LaTeX completion provider must have the priority, but outside a command the word completion provider must have the priority.
