The CONCATENATE function in ODF performs implicit intersection on all of its arguments. This differs from Gnumeric's CONCATENATE/CONCAT. New versions of LibreOffice apparently implement CONCATENATE as specified in ODF. So we need an ODF.CONCATENATE to be able to import files from LibreOffice.

I am changing our ODF import/export so that both CONCATENATE/CONCAT are exported as COM.MICROSOFT.CONCAT.
