Broken arrow button not showing any additional categories when clicked on

Sometimes, clicking the arrow button to show more software categories on the GNOME Software main page does nothing. See the attached screenshot.

I just found out that if I hover mouse pointer over the Software window title bar while the additional categories are not shown because of the bug, they appear. Weird.
