Description Andy Pastuszak 2017-07-26 01:21:37 UTC
It appears that nextcloud Tasks allows you to set a due date and time for tasks. Adding support for this would allow more flexible control of reminders, and allow you set alarms for yourself.

Just a side note, not all backends support date/time for tasks. There are EClient capabilities for it, namely this one:
   CAL_STATIC_CAPABILITY_TASK_DATE_ONLY
When not set, the task dates can be date or date-time. There are some tricky bits about iCaledar specification, the COMPLETED property is supposed to be DATE-TIME, not DATE [1], but libical allowed to write date only there as well. There had been some fixes in libical 3.0.3 to allow it again, for backward compatibility.

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all
older bug reports and feature requests in GNOME Bugzilla which have not seen
updates for a while.

If you still use gnome-todo and if you still see this bug / want this
feature in a recent and currently supported version, then please feel free to
report it at
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-todo/-/issues/
by following the guidelines at
https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines

Thank you for creating this report and we are sorry it could not be implemented
so far (volunteer workforce and time is limited).
