Support libmypaint 2.

Attached is a simple patch to go for libmypaint 2. Looking at libmypaint code, it looks like just settings 0.0 to the 2 new arguments (viewzoom and viewrotation) should give us the same behavior as current libmypaint.

I have not pushed it because maybe this has not been updated on purpose after libmypaint versionning its libs. Did we want to stick to libmypaint 1.3+ for now? Or should we follow their libmypaint 2 development?

Yes, it's on purpose. We depend on stable libraries unless we
make an exception :)

I see no reason to make one here now. Either the next stable libmypaint
is finished when we release 2.10, in which case we will probably switch to
it; or it isn't, and we have to change nothing.

Turning this into a milestone 2.10 enhancement so we remember to
check this again before 2.10.

There is not even a libmypaint 2 release yet and we are close to release. Let's just check this later.
